- When lodging the bunk bed against a wall, make sure that there is no gap between the bed or bed frame and the wall. Reported deaths have occurred when kids rolled off the bed?s wall side and got stuck in between the wall and the side of the bed. If there is a remote possibility that this can happen, install a second durable guardrail
- If using a double bunk bed, an unsecured mattress foundation can dislodge when the kid in the lower bed kicks upwards to the upper bunk. Avoid this by securing the upper bed mattress foundation by placing additional cross ties underneath the foundation
- Make sure that the size of the mattress fits the structure of the bunk bed structures. A mattress that is too short will have a gap with the frame. Your child can fall or be strangled on such an opening

Customer Review: I bought this for the storage but.......
The reason I bought this video center was for the storage. I wanted my kids to be able to easily access their games, movies, and game consoles/controllers. I was very disappointed to find that this system will do none of the above. First, the compartments in the front that are meant to hold CDs, DVDs and games are too small to hold any. In the picture, the CDs and movies are stacked horizontally which allows a lot of storage but in reality, you have to stack them vertically and can only put five or six in each compartment. Second, the two drawers that are suppose to store your consoles, etc. are not functional. The first drawer does not slide in and out easily at all. When you pull it out you have to lift it up and then pull and then it just tips forward spilling out anything that is on the shelf. The bottom shelf just lies on the floor and is barely deep enough to hold controllers...controllers that have the cords wrapped around them won't fit. My children have a PS2 and a Gamecube which is a big reason why I wanted this because I wanted them to be able to safely keep both in an accessible place. The Gamecube doesn't fit in either drawer. Needless to say I am disappointed but I will say a few positive things just to clear my conscience. My children have a 20" TV which fits nicely and I did like the slot made for the wires to thread from the drawers to the top. The video center does "look" nice especially when used with the video chairs I purchased last year (very happy with those!) and the most important thing, my children like it. But, for all those looking at this for their older children, try other options first.

I purchased this gaming/entertainment center for my son when he was only 3. He has a 13" TV/VCR and an original Nintendo system with lots of games. I thought this item would be a great addition to his room because it is sturdy plastic, easy to put together or move, and holds everything I needed it to. This item is not something an adult would want to have in his/her living area, like one of the reviews I read. I mean Step2 is a company that makes a lot of products for kids. Anyway, my son loves this product, and so does his 2 year old brother.

Customer Review: Semi-difficult to install
I've only used this for my one projector, a Mitsubishi HC4900.
It comes with four legs to attach to your projector that can be moved to almost any position. To bolt do the ceiling the unit comes with two different bolt types, one for straight into the support beam and the other for drywall.
The only part of this that is really difficult to operate is that the unit separates into two sections, the one that attaches to the projector and the other that attaches to the ceiling.
To start you attach the ceiling mount to the ceiling and then the projector mount piece to the projector. At this point is where I found it semi-difficult to install. You have to lift the projector above your head and insert projector mount into the ceiling mount and then hold it there while you screw it down. It almost requires three hands, and I had to use my head to stabilize the projector during the process. My opinions is that that could have been easier.
Also if you wanted to tilt to the left or right, up or down, I found it easier to grab the project mount and pull rather than loosening the bolts. Loosing the bolts was extremely annoying.
All said and done, it works. I'd give it a 3.5 rating if possible, but in the end it was easy to use and I feel secure in it's installation.

This lives up to its name. This device has 3 soothing tunes of Twinkle Twinkle Little Stars, The Cradle Song and Rock-a-bye baby and 3 synthesized sounds of mom's heartbeat, the ocean and rain. It has a volume adjustable button and the sound is not tinny but of a great quality.
The projector system is very versatile. As long as you have a surface on which to project you can change the angle and the sharpness of the image to accommodate your little one's line of vision. This comes with three discs for projection. One with sheep,moon and stars, another with a jungle theme and another with an aquatic theme.
It also has a timer with 15 minute intervals up to 60 minutes so you can set the duration of the sounds and projection.
My Little one who was 2 weeks when first introduced to this device focused more on the sounds than the images but I guess when she is older she will be able to appreicate the projected images. It lulls her to sleep and soothes her when she is fussy.
It is also very well built in my opinion due to the fact that it has fallen several times on tiled surfaces and is still going strong. The only flaw I found with this device was the fact that you couldn't play the sounds in succession it just repeats the one selected.
This is a great device at a great price!
